I only have one idea, I think Michael Fassbender would make a good maxwell. (Reasons cause #1, he looks like the guy/ has the villian-ess look to him, and #2 I REALLY loved him as magneto in x men first class/ days of futures past.) Shame very tall people tend to die earlier, due to medical reasons, being real tall wouldn't seem so sucky otherwise, I guess. Eh, I'm average height though, so what do I know? Also, Morgan freeman as WK-78, APPROVED. Right, since I'm an ass, I'm just gonna say it here. Johhny Depp As Wilson because we all know how good he is at playing rather peculiar characters with funny hair styles. Just have to slap on some makeup to make him look younger, and we are in. Helena Bonham Carter as Willow, because I don't know many actors who look as crazy as she does. Again, just make her look younger, and we are good to go. *I barely know many actors at all, but heck, Depp and Helena do great at what they do, at least. If you have enough knowledge of all the plot holes in Doctor Who, and know enough about Homestuck to not find all the timey stuff confusing, then you may just be good enough.
